Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"Seller" refers to SequoAI.
"Buyer" refers to any natural or legal person placing an order through the SequoAI website.
"Product" refers to the SequoAI Device as described on the website.
"Pre-order" refers to an advance reservation of the Product before commercial availability.

2. Product Description

The SequoAI Device is a compact local AI workstation designed for on-device LLM inference. Hardware specifications: NVIDIA RTX 5090 (32 GB VRAM), AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, 96 GB DDR5 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, 240mm AIO liquid cooling, 1000W PSU, CNC-milled aluminum enclosure. The Product runs open-source large language models locally and includes a built-in autonomous AI agent accessible via the SequoAI mobile application.

3. Pricing

Standard retail price (post-launch): €9,990
Pre-order price: €7,500
Reservation deposit: €3,000, payable at the time of pre-order
Remaining balance: €4,500, payable before shipment
All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, will be communicated before the final payment.

4. Payment Terms

The reservation deposit of €3,000 is charged at the time of pre-order via Stripe. The remaining balance of €4,500 will be invoiced before shipment. The Buyer will receive a payment link via email.

5. Delivery

The Seller commits to delivering the Product no later than August 31, 2026. If the Seller is unable to meet this deadline, the Buyer will be notified and offered a revised delivery date. If the Buyer does not accept the revised date, they are entitled to a full refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase at any time before the Product is shipped. The reservation deposit will be refunded in full within 14 business days of the withdrawal request. After shipment, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt to return the Product in its original packaging for a full refund (statutory withdrawal right under EU consumer protection law).

7. Warranty

The Product comes with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Returns and Complaints

To initiate a return or file a complaint, contact support@sequoai.com with your order number and a description of the issue. The Seller will respond within 5 business days. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the Seller's discretion.

9. Software and Updates

The device receives model updates and new features via the SequoAI mobile application. The optional app subscription (€5/month) includes premium model updates, new features, and priority support. Basic device functionality (local inference, agent operation) does not require a subscription and works indefinitely without ongoing payments.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Seller's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits. The Seller does not guarantee specific AI model performance, output quality, or suitability for any particular use case.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law of the Seller's registered seat.
